Keep Drive for your archive
Ourfold isn't cheaper storage, and doesn't try to be. Your storage here is for the galleries you're delivering; your full archive can stay on Google Drive. What you pay for is the delivery: a private gallery, a code for every guest, downloads you control and clients choosing their photos.

What happens if I go over, or stop paying
Over a limit
Uploads and new galleries pause until you're under your plan's limits or you upgrade. Your galleries stay open and nothing is deleted.
When a paid period ends
Your plan stays for a 7-day grace period while you renew. After that the studio moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
Questions
Do I still need Google Drive?
Keep using it for your archive. Ourfold is for delivery: the gallery your client and their guests open, choose from and download, for as long as you keep it open.
Why not just share a Drive folder?
A restricted folder means approving an access request for each guest, and an “anyone with the link” folder opens for whoever the link is forwarded to. Ourfold gives each client and guest their own sign-in code, shows the photos under your studio's name, lets your client pick their photos, and closes on the date you set.
What happens when my plan ends?
You get a 7-day grace period to renew. After that your studio moves to the Free plan: uploads and new galleries pause if you're over Free's limits, and nothing is deleted.
What counts as an active gallery?
Any gallery that isn't archived, drafts included. Archive a finished gallery to free up a place.
Do guests need an account?
No. Clients and guests sign in with a one-time code sent to their email or mobile number. Guests never pay and never count toward your plan.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Every paid plan can be paid yearly, and a year costs the same as ten months.
