You've been invited to a gallery
Your photographer keeps your photos on Ourfold, where only the people they and you invite can see them. Here's how it works.
Signing in with a one-time code
Open your link
Use the link from your photographer's email or text, or the share link your client sent you.
Enter your email or mobile number
Use the one the invite was sent to. Philippine mobile numbers work in any format.
Type the 6-digit code
We send it by email or text. It works for 10 minutes. Then you're in, and you stay signed in on that device.
Didn't get a code?
- Check your spam or promotions folder for the email
- Wait a minute, then ask for a new code from the same screen
- Make sure you're using the email or number the invite went to
- Still nothing? Ask your photographer to send the invite again
Favorites: who can see them
If you're a guest, your favorites are yours alone. The photographer and the client only ever see a total, such as “favorited by 9 guests”, never who.
Choosing your photos (for clients)
Favorite the photos you love, then send your photographer a selection with a note. You can send a new selection later; the earlier one is kept.
Downloading photos and ZIPs
Download single photos, or a ZIP of the gallery, an album or your favorites if your photographer allows it. A ZIP is prepared in the background, and its link arrives by email and in the gallery. It lasts 7 days.
Why can't I download originals?
Your photographer sets the most anyone can download, and the client can set a lower limit for guests. By default, guests download web size, which is right for sharing and printing small.
Leaving a gallery, and your data
The first time you open a gallery, we ask you to agree to the privacy notice. You can leave any gallery from its page: your access ends and your favorites there are deleted.
Questions from clients and guests
Why don't I need a password?
A one-time code proves the invite reached you, and there's nothing to remember or share. Each code works once, for 10 minutes.
Can the photographer see what I favorited?
Not if you're a guest. The photographer and the client see only an anonymous total for each photo. The client's own favorites and selections are shared with the photographer.

How do I leave a gallery?
Open the gallery, choose Your data, then Leave this gallery. Your access ends and your favorites there are deleted. To come back, ask for a new invite.
How do I sign in on another device?
On another device? Sign in with the email or number your invite was sent to, and we'll send you a new code.
