Upload RAW, HEIC and JPEG, and keep going
Drop a folder from the card. Ourfold takes JPEG, PNG, HEIC and RAW, including Sony ARW, Nikon NEF, Canon CR2 and CR3, Fujifilm RAF and Adobe DNG, up to 150 MB a file and 3,000 photos a gallery.
- Files go up in 8 MB parts, so a dropped connection costs seconds, not the whole file
- Albums such as Prep, Ceremony and Reception, each shown to everyone, to your client only, or hidden
- Web-size copies are made for the gallery; your originals stay as they are
Invite your client, they invite their guests
Send the invite by email or to a Philippine mobile number. Your client signs in with a one-time code, then makes share links for family and friends.
- Share links can expire after a day, a week, 30 days or when the gallery closes
- Set a most-uses limit on any link, or make the gallery invite-only
- Your client sees their guest list and can remove anyone
- Turn guest sharing off for a gallery, and existing links stop working
Clients pick their album photos in the gallery
Your client hearts the photos they love, then sends you their picks for the album layout, the prints or the final edits, with a note. No more lists of file names over Messenger. It's for choosing photos, not for asking for changes: edit requests still come to you. Each new selection is kept as its own version.

Export a selection to Lightroom
Download any selection as a CSV of filenames and use it to filter your catalog in Lightroom. No retyping file numbers from a chat thread.

You set the most anyone can download. Your client can lower it for their guests, never raise it.

Your logo, color and font
From the Starter plan, galleries carry your logo, your accent color and one of three display fonts. From Pro, you can also hide the “Kept in Ourfold” line.
A closing date, with reminders
Give a gallery a closing date, up to three years ahead, or archive it yourself. Your client and guests get reminder emails 7, 3 and 1 days before it closes. Archived galleries don't count toward your plan's active galleries.
Event or same-day coverage? Curation suggestions
For raw uploads straight from the camera (corporate events, same-day edits): Ourfold measures every photo and suggests what to hide before your client sees it. You review each suggestion and decide. Nothing is deleted automatically. Edited, already-selected deliveries won't need it.

Questions about features
Which file formats can I upload?
JPEG, PNG, HEIC and RAW: Sony ARW, Nikon NEF, Canon CR2 and CR3, Fujifilm RAF and Adobe DNG, up to 150 MB a file and 3,000 photos a gallery.
Does the AI delete photos?
No. Curation only suggests: blurry frames, near-duplicates, possibly damaged files and photos with closed eyes. You decide what to hide or delete, one photo or one group at a time.
Can clients download originals?
Only if you allow it. Each gallery has a download limit (none, web size or full resolution) and a ZIP switch. Your client gets your limit and can set a lower one for guests.
How does the Lightroom export work?
Open your client's selection in your studio and download it as a CSV of filenames. Use the list to filter your Lightroom catalog to the chosen photos.
